Easy to create your online order, being able to pick when you want the delivery was great, as picked it for a day that best suited me. The delivery driver was fab, excellent customer service, and very friendly. Will definitely be using them again.

Brilliant price for bulk bag ballast and builders sand. Better than anywhere nearby and the bags are generously filled as well. Good communication and easy to use website. I think the only improvement I'd suggest is getting some sort of confirmation that the requested delivery date has been confirmed after ordering. Apart from that, I'm definitely using NWTT in the future. Well recommended.

Ordered fence panels and concrete base panels, they were delivered last Friday as promised. The driver, Andy Hurst was very helpful. Phoned 30 minutes before arriving and unloaded and placed everything where I asked. Safety was always his priority.

A good website that enables you to select the size, length and quantities of timber required. Then you select the day of delivery (it would be brilliant if you could select a.m or p.m regarding delivery….minor point). Then pay your money, job done.

Ordered two bulk bags of 20mm limestone gravel. Chose my delivery date from the online calendar and hey presto 🤗 it was delivered bang on time and in the location on the drive I specified. I also think the cost was very reasonable too. Very pleased indeed.

With over 20 years experience in this production field, we are always striving to maintain quality and consistency to the highest standard. There should not be a noticeable amount of difference from the panels you purchased recently vs the original panels. However, please be advised you may experience a slight difference in colour as shades can vary with different species of softwood.
